Role Overview
We’re looking for a sharp, organized, and proactive Sales & Marketing Assistant to support our leadership and marketing team during an exciting growth phase. This is a unique opportunity to get startup experience, build marketing skills, and work closely with the team shaping the future of art + tech.
What You’ll Do
Work directly with the CMO and leadership team to achieve marketing goals
Support marketing team with onboarding and network development
Visit, track and follow up with venues, partners, and collaborators
Organize files, documents, and marketing assets (Google Drive, Trello / Jira, Canva)
Assist in project management for campaigns, events, and launches
Handle administrative tasks like inbox management, customer service, and light reporting
Who You Are
You’re highly organized, resourceful, and responsive
You’re comfortable working independently and taking initiative
You’re excited by startups, art, tech, and mission-driven work
You have strong written and verbal communication skills
You consider yourself a social person and networking comes easily
You have experience with tools like Google Workspace, Canva, Slack, Calendly (or can learn fast)
Bonus Points For
Prior internship or sales experience
Background in communications, marketing, creative business, or community development
Familiarity with marketing tools, social media, or CRM platforms
NYC familiarity (You will be visiting venues and coordinating activations)
