Medical Operations Associate

We are a healthcare tech startup, and currently looking for a Medical Operations Associate (full-time).

We're a small team obsessed with deep thinking, speed, craftsmanship, and a customer-focused approach, committed to building the best care experience in healthcare with a 30-year horizon. The founding team has a strong background in medical, product, operations, and engineering. The team has built multiple 0-1 products and scaled to 60+MM ARR and 100+ MM MAU.

You Will:

• Execute end-to-end operational processes to facilitate patient care, including but not limited to assisting in organizing and managing patient appointments and coordinating with different parties, appointment preparation, and etc.
• Work closely with engineers, designers, and physicians to develop and refine patient care processes.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of efficient workflows that enhance the patient journey.
• Assist in developing and enhancing automation tools to streamline operational tasks.
