We’re looking for a motivated and personable individual to help us grow our portfolio by connecting with property owners and business operators through outbound calls.

Job Description:
We are seeking a Cold Calling Specialist to join our leasing and business development team. This role will involve making outbound calls to property owners, landlords, and commercial tenants to generate leads for our property management services and commercial leasing opportunities. You’ll be the first point of contact in building relationships that lead to new business.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls daily to property owners, landlords, and business owners

Introduce our property management and commercial leasing services with confidence and professionalism

Qualify leads and schedule follow-up meetings for the business development team

Maintain accurate records of all calls and lead interactions in our CRM

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies

Track performance metrics and report on call success rates, scheduled appointments, and conversions

Requirements:

Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated with a positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset

Comfortable handling rejection and staying persistent

Experience with sales, cold calling, or telemarketing is preferred but not required

Real estate knowledge or interest in property management and commercial leasing is a plus
