Therapy Management, Inc. is looking for a Full-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our dedicated therapy team at a skilled nursing facility in Detroit, MI. You'll work alongside experienced therapists and support a resident-focused approach to care in a well-equipped, dynamic environment.

What You’ll Do:

Provide high-quality occupational therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed OT

Support patient rehabilitation in both short-term and long-term care settings

Document treatment progress and collaborate with a strong interdisciplinary team

Help residents achieve greater independence and functional improvement

✅ What You Bring:

Michigan licensure or eligibility as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant

Experience in skilled nursing or geriatric rehab a plus

Strong communication and teamwork skills

A passion for making a meaningful difference
