Therapy Management, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our therapy team at Calhoun County Medical Care Facility in Battle Creek, MI. You'll make a lasting difference in the lives of residents by helping them regain speech, language, cognition, and swallowing abilities in both short-term rehab and long-term care settings.

What You’ll Do:
• Evaluate residents and develop individualized therapy plans
• Provide skilled speech-language pathology services to support communication and safe swallowing
• Collaborate closely with nursing, rehab, and dietary teams to maximize outcomes
• Document progress clearly and accurately for continuity of care
• Educate patients, families, and staff on strategies for long-term success

✅ What You Bring:
• Michigan licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Experience in SNF or geriatric care preferred
• Strong interpersonal and clinical reasoning skills
• A passion for compassionate, person-centered care
