Z-Band Technologies is a national leader in RF and IPTV distribution and Video Management Systems. Our scalable AV solutions power hospitals, stadiums, universities, and enterprises across the country—all managed from a centralized, easy-to-use platform.

We’re expanding and looking for a driven and coachable Territory Sales Manager to join our team. If you have a hunter mindset, curiosity to learn, and the drive to win—we’ll provide the tools, training, and support to help you thrive.

What You’ll Do

• Proactively identify, connect with, and manage relationships with prospects in your assigned territory
• Learn and confidently present Z-Band’s AV distribution solutions to decision-makers
• Manage the complete sales cycle—from outreach and demos to proposals and closing deals
• Represent Z-Band at trade shows and in-person meetings with prospective clients
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to support customer success
• Maintain accurate and timely records of your activity using our CRM (Zoho)

What We’re Looking For

• A self-starter motivated by goals and growth opportunities
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport across a range of industries
• A curious problem solver who learns quickly and adapts to change
• Comfortable initiating outreach through calls, emails, networking, and following up
• Experience in sales or customer-facing consultative roles is a plus—but not required
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% of the time
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and meet eligibility requirements for vehicle rental
