Responsibilities

Keep calendar, inbox, travel plans, and to-do list in check

Manage and grow our social media presence (Instagram, TikTok, Linked-In, etc.)

Capture and create content (photos/videos) at events, builds, and office days

Help with day-to-day ops, research, errands, and follow-ups

Support team coordination, scheduling, and occasional internal comms

Jump into whatever needed from planning events to vendor coordination.

 

Qualifications

You’re based in or near Lehi, Utah

You’re organized, independent, and great with people

You understand how to build a social media brand and write good copy

You have an eye for design, content, and storytelling

Bonus if you’re into cars, tech, education, or startups
