CMCA is seeking a dedicated and organized Site Administrator to lead the daily operations of assigned Head Start Centers. If you're a strong leader with early childhood experience who is passionate about community impact, this is your opportunity to support children and families while guiding staff toward program excellence. Pay is $50,000 to $55,000 based on qualifications and experience.

Location: Worksite within the 11 county service area with travel to assigned childcare facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support Site Directors across multiple Head Start locations
  • Ensure compliance with Head Start Performance Standards, state childcare licensing, and CMCA policies
  • Provide leadership in program planning, staff development, and quality improvement initiatives
  • Monitor program outcomes and ensure delivery of high-quality services to children and families
  • Facilitate training, reflective supervision, and regular communication with staff
  • Oversee center-level operations, including hiring, facilities coordination, and data compliance
  • Collaborate with community partners and advocate for Head Start families
  • Monitor enrollment, attendance, and family engagement activities

Who We're Looking For:

  • A strong communicator and collaborative leader with the ability to motivate and supervise teams
  • A professional committed to equity, family engagement, and high-quality early childhood programming
  • A detail-oriented organizer who can manage multiple priorities and maintain regulatory compliance

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred) in management, early childhood education, human development, or a related field
  • 2+ years of supervisory or management experience
  • 2+ years of experience in early childhood education
  • Valid Missouri driver's license and reliable transportation

Schedule:

  • 4 day workweek
  • Tuesday through Friday, 10 hours/day
