Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, document preparation, and correspondence.
- Coordinate events and meetings, including logistics and creating materials (e.g., flyers, brochures, digital marketing).
- Manage calendars and assist with scheduling for executives and team members.
- Monitor and order office supplies to maintain inventory.
- Assist with external coordination, including vendors and service providers.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications and reports.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office and reception area.
Qualifications:
- 2–10 years of experience in office/administrative support
- Associate degree preferred
- Bilingual (English / Spanish required)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (including Outlook); Canva knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities.
