You’ll help us grow our firm by supporting our recruiting team—and in return, we’ll pay for and guide you through the SIE exam, the first step toward becoming a Financial Advisor.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Assist our Recruiting Director with scheduling, sourcing, and screening candidates
  • Help with branding and recruiting campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed
  • Manage job postings and applicant tracking systems
  • Generate weekly reports and support our national expansion
  • Collaborate with a fast-paced team and gain insider knowledge of the financial industry

We’re Looking For:

  • Students (sophomore year or higher) or recent grads looking to launch a career in business or finance
  • Organized, motivated self-starters who love a good checklist and a fast-paced team
  • Strong communicators who are comfortable working in Excel, LinkedIn, and email
  • People who want to grow personally and professionally (we take mentorship seriously)
