💼 Level: 6
💰 Salary Range: $87,300 – $135,000 annually + bonus eligibility
As a Line Leader, you'll be instrumental in overseeing the performance, safety, and quality of our packaging line. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing 24-hour line operations to meet packaging schedules
- Leading the IWS Phase Journey for improved line results
- Enhancing safety, quality, and efficiency metrics through Daily Direction Setting (DDS)
- Coaching team leaders, conducting incident reviews, and creating 90-day plans for loss elimination
- Executing DMS tasks like Defect Handling and Clean, Inspect, Lubricate (CIL)
- Cultivating a proactive safety culture and ensuring product quality standards are met
- Analyzing data, identifying gaps, and implementing measures to enhance KPIs
Minimum Qualifications:
- 6+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing setting
- Proficiency in Total Productive Maintenance, Pillars, and Handovers
- Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Continuous Improvement and Root Cause tools
- Ability to analyze technical data for informed decision-making
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in high-speed bottling environments
- Specific Technical Mastery
