IT Intern

Job Summary 

The IT Intern will assist with the implementation of Pathways’ electronic health records (EHR) system. 

Essential Duties 

Assist implementation team with the configuration and setup of Netsmart’s Evolv EHR system including:

Ø  Configuration of form sets

Ø  Event and Event Group setup

Ø  Creating and modifying forms based on paper forms

Ø  Creating and modifying assessments

Ø  Creating and modifying dropdown tables 

Ø  Entering and verifying data

Ø  Creating and modifying event workflows

Ø  Configuring system security

Ø  Creating training materials for staff

Ø  Other duties as assigned

Selection Criteria 

The internship candidate will be selected based on the following criteria:

Ø  Rising college sophomore, junior or senior in a relevant academic program.

Ø  Exposure to information systems design, basic programming, SQL, data management, and clinical processes, a plus.

Ø  Energetic, organized and detailed oriented.

Ø  Possess good oral and written communication skills.

Ø  Possess critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Ø  Able to work independently but also as part of a team.

Ø  Must have reliable transportation to/from our Washington, PA office.
