Bilingual (Mandarin) Call Center Representative

Bilingual Call Center Representative, will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers to promote products or services. Your primary objective is to deliver excellent customer service, generate leads.

Key Responsibilities:

· Make and receive calls to prospective and existing customers to introduce products, services, and promotions.

· Script Adherence: Follow prescribed call scripts and adapt as necessary to engage customers effectively.

· Lead Generation and Conversion: Identify customer needs, generate interest, and convert leads into sales.

· Customer Service: Provide accurate information about products and services, addressing any questions or concerns customers may have.

· Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales and call volume targets.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Proven experience in a call center or customer service role.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
