Thermal Design Engineer

Job Description:

1、Responsible for the system thermal design of cell phones, wearable, notebooks, tablet PCs, servers and other related products; 

2、Responsible for heat dissipation materials, fan modules and other device selection assessment, to ensure that the selection meets the design requirements; 

3、Responsible for system thermal simulation, identify thermal design risks in advance; 4、Responsible for product thermal debugging, Bug correction and maintenance;

5、Responsible for thermal technology planning and innovation. 

Job requirements: 

1,、thermal engineering, fluid mechanics, engineering thermophysics, electronics, machinery, automation, electrical engineering and other related majors; 

2、English CET4/CET6; 

3、Bachelor degree or above; 

4, mastery of thermal simulation software is preferred, such as Flotherm, 6sigma, Icepak, Fluent and so on.
