Overview:

We’re looking for a creative and driven Digital Marketing Manager Intern to help build the Trenton Makes brand, grow our online presence, and support the marketing needs of startups in our incubator. This is a dynamic role perfect for someone who loves startups, storytelling, and digital growth strategy.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across social media, email, and web
• Create content (posts, videos, blogs, graphics) that highlights incubator news, events, and startup stories
• Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok)
• Analyze metrics and performance data to optimize campaigns
• Collaborate with founders on go-to-market strategies and branding support

Who You Are

Studying Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

Passionate about entrepreneurship, content creation, and branding

Skilled in Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools

Knows how to use Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms strategically

Bonus: Familiarity with email marketing (e.g. Mailchimp), SEO, or analytics tools
