About the Position

We've developed a system for optimizing a brand's presence on Amazon. This includes a mix of SEO, merchandising, advertising, problem solving, and client communication. You will be the day-to-day point of contact and driver of strategy for brands on Amazon.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with brands to develop and execute Amazon strategies. The goal is to create strong relationships with brands.
  • Frequently communicate with multiple clients regarding their Amazon strategy
  • Provide frequent update emails to clients that detail key success metrics like sales growth and advertising performance
  • Launch and manage advertising strategies on Amazon which include keyword research, PPC management, budget tracking, A/B testing, and goal reporting
  • Continually research and test new advertising strategies within Amazon and outside of Amazon.
  • Drive merchandising strategies for brands on Amazon. This includes uploading and optimizing a brand’s catalog on Amazon.
  • Initiate support cases when things “break” on Amazon
  • Build forecast models and coordinate bulk shipments into Amazon with the brand to ensure a 100% in stock rate on Amazon
  • Utilize data from Amazon and other channels to drive decision making

 

Core Qualifications:

  • At least 1-2 years of Amazon experience
  • College Degree or five years of relevant experience
  • Previous Account/Client Management experience
  • Extreme attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
  • GREAT personal email management skills. i.e You respond fast to emails.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong bias for action.

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Digital Agency Experience
