MyStage is an innovative startup dedicated to connecting musicians with fans. We are creating new financial opportunities for artists alongside the most comprehensive music event listings for fans.

MyStage is seeking talented, motivated interns to join our marketing team as we launch on the app stores and into the US market.

 

The Opportunity

We're seeking a driven Marketing Operations Intern to build and enhance our sales funnel processes - attracting both music fans for app downloads and musicians for paid subscriptions through strategic social media campaigns. You'll work directly with our CEO to develop sophisticated customer acquisition systems using industry-leading CRM and automation tools.

What You'll Do

  • Build Dual Sales Funnels: Develop website-driven acquisition strategies for musicians (paid subscriptions) and fans (app downloads)
  • CRM Management: Implement and optimize workflows in Go High Level for both user segments
  • Lead Generation: Use prospect enrichment tools such as Clay or Apollo
  • Integration & Optimization: Connect platforms using Webhooks or Zapier and analyze funnel performance
  • Leverage AI: Utilize AI in the workflows to tailor messaging
  • Social Media Strategy: Design campaigns that convert social media traffic into app users and paying musicians
  • Marketing Automation: Create email campaigns and drip sequences
  • Data Analysis: Track conversion rates, optimize touchpoints, and report on funnel performance
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with our 20-person team including developers, marketers, and product specialists

 

Required Skills & Experience

Must-Have Technical Experience:

  • Hands-on experience with Go High Level or major CRM
  • Proficiency with Zapier, Webhooks or API integrations for automation
  • Experience with email marketing and segmentation experience
  • Basic HTML/CSS for landing page customization

Additional Valuable Skills:

  • Other CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive)
  • Experience with data enrichment tools such as Clay and Apollo
  • Music Industry relationships
  • Landing page builders (ClickFunnels, Unbounce, Leadpages)
  • Analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel)
  • Social media management platforms
  • UTM tracking and campaign attribution
  • Video editing
