Position Available: Outpatient Therapist

• Hybrid Position: Blend in-office and virtual sessions for maximum flexibility.
• Flexible Schedule: Design your own schedule with some evening/or weekend availability preferred.
• Part-Time Role: With ample room for growth in both in-person and virtual sessions.
• Clinical Supervision Provided: We support your professional development and growth as a professional through clinical supervision toward licensure.

Essential Responsibilities & Requirements:

• LCSW/LMHC-A Master's in Social Work or Counseling licensed or Pre-Licensed State of RI.
• Conduct individual therapy, complete diagnostic assessments, and provide professional intervention and education to clients.
• Manage clinical needs for clients on caseload, including scheduling sessions as needed.
• Ensure clinically appropriate treatment based on mental health assessment and treatment plans.
• Proficient with computers & electronic health systems.
• Adhere to Social Work code of Ethics and maintain confidentiality practices.
• Participate in team meetings, coordination with other team members, and supervision.
• Maintain daily clinical documentation & case records using our electronic health record system.
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills with exceptional organizational abilities.
• Completion of new hire process, including BCI/fingerprinting.

Job Details:

• Job Type: Part-time, Contract
• Pay: $32.00 - $40.00 per hour
• Expected Hours: 10 – 25 per week
