### **What You’ll Do**

As a **Part-Time Hospitality Assistant**, you’ll handle a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our boutique Airbnb properties and long-term rentals. Responsibilities include:

- **Cleaning & Organization**:

   - Clean apartments to a high standard or oversee cleaning staff if needed.

   - Ensure **long-term rental units** are properly cleaned and ready for new tenants.

- **Fast-Paced Cleaning**: Work quickly and efficiently to meet **check-in/check-out schedules** for short-term rentals while maintaining high cleaning standards.

- **Precise Checklists via Cleaning Apps**: Follow detailed cleaning checklists using designated apps to ensure consistency and thoroughness.

- **Inventory Management**: Keep track of supplies and ensure everything is stocked, organized, and ready.

- **Guest & Tenant Interaction**:

   - Provide a warm, friendly, and professional experience for Airbnb guests when needed.

   - Assist with tenant matters, such as reporting maintenance issues or conducting property inspections.

- **Property Oversight**: Conduct inspections to ensure everything is clean, functional, and in order for both short-term and long-term properties.

- **Scheduling Maintenance**: Help coordinate on-site maintenance and repairs for both types of properties.

- **Light Maintenance & Decorating**: Occasionally handle minor tasks like touch-up painting or seasonal decorating to keep the properties looking their best.

- **Virtual Interactions**: Communicate with company representatives via phone, text, and apps to provide updates, send photos or videos, and answer questions as needed.
