We’re building the architecture for the next intelligence layer—agentic, emotional, and biologically aware.
Coherence Protocol isn’t a dashboard or a chatbot. We’re designing the nervous system for executive decision-making—AI that reads real-time biometric signals, models emotional recursion, and intervenes before coherence breaks.

Now, we’re looking for a Founding Architect who can design the underlying system logic: the data flow, the agent framework, the signal stack, and the emotional OS it all runs on.

🧠 You’ll Own:

Multi-agent orchestration layer 

Modular architecture for biometric ingestion (HRV, GSR, breath sensors)

Signal normalization pipelines (temporal, emotional, physiological)

Internal API design for agent memory, behavioral scoring, and rupture detection

Scalable architecture for enterprise-level coherence tooling (dashboards, alerts, resets)

You Might Be:

An ex-CTO, Staff Engineer, or Principal Architect who’s built infra at scale

Obsessed with aligning system design to real human behavior

Comfortable with chaos, complexity, and ambiguity—you see architecture as emotional regulation in code

Fluent in Python, TypeScript, or Go, and experienced in designing for agent orchestration (LangGraph, Autogen, or custom stacks)

Interested in bridging neurotech, emotional AI, and human systems design
