Brief Position Summary
The Senior Campaign Coordinator's primary role is to provide campaign organization and management support to the Philanthropy Team and Trust Leadership Team. Additional duties could include general support for the Philanthropy Team in achieving the Trust's fundraising goals. Supervisory responsibilities are limited to interns and other temporary workers.
Starting Salary is $65,000
Responsibilities
Campaign Project Management (50%)
- Manage campaign volunteer leadership (Co-Chair and Cabinet) with the CEO and VP of Philanthropy
- Track recruitment pipeline
- Track regular prospect strategy meetings with senior volunteer leaders (e.g. members of TNM Board of Directors)
- Set and execute on volunteer leader engagement strategy
- Assist with management of the principal gift pipeline ($1M+)
- Manage activity, material development (such as proposals), meeting preparation, and follow-up
- Manage the CEO's portfolio of principal gift prospects
- Develop donor briefings for meetings with prospective donors in collaboration with the Prospect Development Manager
Leadership Support (40%)
- Support the VP of Philanthropy on the management of the Development Committees, with the CEO and COO
- Support the VP of Philanthropy in liaising with the Board of Directors for fundraising/campaign related initiatives, with the CEO and COO
- Ensure action items are followed through by closely collaborating with Trust leadership on moves management of development prospects
- Draft/write communications on behalf of the CEO, VP of Philanthropy and other senior leadership as needed for any/all follow-ups with donors
Team Building (10%):
- Actively participate in building organizational and team culture aligned with the Trust's values
- Model collaboration and teamwork by performing other duties as assigned and/or approved.
Key Skills
- Database management software experience - Salesforce preferred.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools is required, with an emphasis on Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including versatile writing skills.
Education
- Bachelor's degree is preferred; the appropriate level of education may vary depending on the extent and relevancy of professional experience.
Experience
- At least 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
- Some prior experience in a non-profit campaign/fundraising environment, required.
