Coherence Protocol is a new kind of AI company—founded by trained MBA-ex-banker-patents expert-lawyer-engineer foundering team with deep experience in M&A, regulatory systems, and emotional architecture. Our tech decodes burnout before it happens, maps emotional drift in real time, and helps leaders reset through biometric-aware AI agents.

We're not building another productivity tool—we're engineering the nervous system of leadership. Now, we're looking for a founding-level engineer who’s ready to help architect that system from the ground up.

🚀 What You’ll Help Build

Multi-agent AI stack (e.g. Autogen, LangChain, DeepSeek orchestration)

Biometric input systems (HRV, GSR, breath tracking)

Emotional feedback loops with memory, recursion, and trust scoring

Coherence dashboards + signal divergence detection

A platform that feels more like therapy than analytics

You Might Be…

A former infra, ML, or product engineer at a company like Salesforce, Hugging Face, OpenAI, or a neurotech startup

Someone who understands emotional recursion and GPU bottlenecks

Tired of the “AI wallpaper” trend and want to build something that actually listens

Fluent in Python, TypeScript, or Go—and comfortable prototyping new systems fast

Deeply curious about nervous system science, trauma-informed architecture, and ethical AI design

Role Details:

Title: Founding Engineer or Technical Co-Founder

Equity: Competitive founding-level equity

Comp: Flexible—will align based on stage and contribution

Location: Remote-first, with team presence in Seattle/SF
