Sales Development Representative (SDR)

About the Role:
The Connecticut Team is seeking driven, outgoing, and coachable individuals to join our team as Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). This is a great opportunity to launch your career in sales, business development, and leadership — no prior experience required.

As an SDR, you’ll work directly with customers and our sales team to generate new leads, build relationships, and set the stage for long-term client success. You’ll receive paid training, mentorship, and opportunities to move quickly into leadership and account management roles.

What You’ll Do:

Engage face-to-face with customers to build rapport and drive new business

Identify customer needs and communicate value-based solutions

Support the sales team by generating and qualifying leads

Manage basic client follow-ups and track interactions using internal tools

Work collaboratively with your team to meet and exceed goals
