Our growing private practice in Redding, CA is looking for a skilled and compassionate Associate Dentist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who values clinical autonomy, teamwork, and long-term potential, including future partnership for the right candidate.
Position Type: Part Time or Full Time
- Flexible schedule, 2-4 days per week
Compensation:
- Base rate of $600/day or 30% of net production (whichever is greater)
- Potential for partnership in the future
What You’ll Do:
- Provide preventative, restorative, and cosmetic dental treatment
- Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
- Maintain accurate and compliant patient records
- Work collaboratively with a clinical team of 10 to deliver exceptional care
Who We’re Looking For:
- California-licensed DDS or DMD
- Detail-oriented, empathetic, and trustworthy
- Strong communication and patient relationship skills
- All experience levels welcome, mentorship available
- Additional certifications are a plus
