Duties: Perform Contract coordination and administration duties for Department-wide Architectural & Engineering (A&E) Program.  Responsible for adhering to quick time frames, preparing, processing and coordinating A&E contracts from inception to award.  This is a Permanent-Intermittent position with a maximum of 1,500 hours of work per calendar year.
