Human Resource Manager

Fielding Law, APC is seeking a motivated and organized professional to join our People & Culture team. This role is responsible for supporting key areas of HR, recruiting, and firm culture to help create a positive and engaging employee experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing onboarding and offboarding
  • Running payroll and handling employee benefits (health, dental, vision, 401k)
  • Leading all hiring and recruitment efforts
  • Supporting performance reviews and employee check-ins
  • Coordinating firm events, celebrations, and office culture initiatives
  • Collaborating with leadership to support department needs
  • Assisting with operations and staffing support for our affiliated StretchLab studio

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of HR or People Operations experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
