Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Tampa, FL. We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Entry-Level Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships with potential clients, guiding them through their health insurance options, and helping them secure the best plans for their needs. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Educate individuals and small businesses on available health insurance plans, benefits, and pricing.
  • Conduct needs assessments to recommend tailored insurance solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, policy changes, and compliance regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the sales and onboarding process.

 

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • No prior experience required— training and licensing assistance provided.
  • Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus.
  • Active 02-15 license (or willingness to obtain one with our assistance).
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
