Database Analyst Intern 

Job Description: 

The Data Analyst Intern will support the Box Office & Ticketing team at the Long Center by assisting with database organization and management related to ticketing operations. This role involves inputting and updating data, contributing to system improvements, and researching ways to streamline processes for greater efficiency.  

The intern will also assist with troubleshooting software and hardware issues, including working live events to gain firsthand insight into client needs and system functionality. While prior knowledge of HTML and SQL is a plus, it’s not required. Familiarity with Tessitura is beneficial, but training and hands-on learning will be provided as part of the internship experience.  

This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience with industry-standard tools and contribute to the day-to-day success of a professional box office environment.
