Community & Social Media Intern - Gaming EdTech

Check out our MVP: https://youtu.be/ajBM8PIOhy4

Swayday is a mission-driven gaming company focused on improving educational confidence and outcomes for kids with ADHD through joyful, motion-based learning games. We’re combining neuroscience, play, and augmented reality to make learning active, effective, and fun.

We’re in our early stages and looking for a motivated, creative college student who wants real experience building a company from the ground up. You’ll work directly with the founder to help us find product-market fit and get ready for funding.

What You’ll Do

  • Get Kids Playing: Identify and recruit ~20 local kids (ages 4–10) to test the current version of our AR-based learning game, and gather feedback
  • Engage ADHD Parents: Reach out to ADHD parenting communities and build relationships to understand their needs, share updates, and grow interest
  • Drive Community Growth: Build and manage a community around our mission (social media, Discord, Facebook groups, etc.)
  • Collect Feedback & Insights: Run surveys, conduct informal interviews, and document what’s working and what’s not
  • Support Go-To-Market Strategy: Help us iterate toward product-market fit by getting real users and ideally a few early paid users

You Might Be a Good Fit If You

  • Love talking to people and building community
  • Are creative and scrappy on social media
  • Care about making a difference in kids’ lives and education
  • Are excited by startups, games, and solving big problems
  • Prefer action and iteration over perfection
  • Have personal or academic interest in ADHD, edtech, child development, or game design (a bonus, not a must!)

Why Join Us

  • Get hands-on experience at a real startup on the path to funding
  • Work directly with the founder and see how product, marketing, and strategy come together
  • Build your resume with real results in growth, community, and user research
  • Be part of something that can truly improve kids’ lives

To Apply
Send a note about why you're interested, and if possible, share an example of a time you got people excited about something—on social media, in your community, or just with your friends. We care more about creativity and hustle than your major or GPA. play@swayday.us
