What you'll do:

Provide direct, 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home or school settings

Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA to support communication, social, and life skills

Accurately record behavior data using user-friendly software

Participate in training, team meetings, and supervision

Collaborate with supervisors, parents, and clinical staff

Receive consistent support and feedback as you grow in the role

Amaze ABA Therapy is hiring compassionate Behavior Technicians to deliver personalized ABA services. You’ll work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts, gain valuable clinical experience, and receive full support for certification. Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with a BCBA supervisor to implement ABA principles
  • Providing 1:1 instruction using best practices in ABA
  • Collecting and logging behavior and skill acquisition data
  • Reviewing treatment materials prepared by a BCBA
  • Completing daily notes tied to your client’s goals
  • Participating in ongoing training and development
  • Celebrating milestones with clients and families
