AI Automation Associate

Resolute Solutions is a Houston-based team providing IT services on critical US Department of Defense projects. We have two major divisions at Resolute: Talent and Federal Services. We execute projects for our customers globally and we have offices in both Houston, TX, and Bogota, Colombia.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Robotic Process Automation Associate to join our growing team delivering critical solutions on national security projects. In this role, you will train to design, develop, deliver, and maintain UiPath Automation applications under the supervision of our Director of Technology. As a developing UiPath expert, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to analyze processes and identify opportunities for automation, ensuring efficient and scalable solutions.

This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals looking to start their career in automation and contribute to some of the most impactful projects the Department of Defense will execute over the next 10 years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Certification: Execute the training path to become certified as a UiPath Automation Developer Associate as a part of your employment.  
  • Design, Develop, and Implement Automation Workflows: Gain real world experience creating robotic process automation (RPA) solutions using UiPath.
  • Testing and Validation: Conduct testing to ensure automation workflows function as intended, validating outcomes with stakeholders.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with the latest UiPath features and best practices for RPA solutions.
  • Train and develop in other technology stacks and applications according to client needs.

Qualifications:

  • Preference for individuals with military logistics and warehousing experience, strong technical curiosity, and familiarity with SAP.

    • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
    • Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Location/Travel:

  • This position will work in our Houston (Westchase-Westpark Tollway and Beltway 8, West of the Galleria) office Monday – Friday. Hours are 8 am to 5 pm. Travel domestically & internationally up to 25%.
