Marketing and Sales Assistant

About Us

Conflict Resolution Training is a national continuing education professional development training company that teaches much needed skills in resolving conflict and mediating disputes to licensed professionals in law and psychology, teaching professionals, and workplace communities. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented college student to join our Marketing and Sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience and contribute meaningfully to real-world projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns (email, social media, paid ads)
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends
  • Help maintain and update the company’s CRM and marketing databases
  • Draft promotional materials, blog posts, landing pages, and sales collateral
  • Support the sales team by preparing client-facing presentations and proposals
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics for marketing and sales initiatives
  • Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions
  • Assist in managing content calendars and social media accounts
  • Help organize webinars, conferences, and virtual events

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a college program with a focus on Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills including the ability to analyze data and identify trends
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations
  • Ability to create fresh ideas and concepts
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
  • Experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics is a plus
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
