Business Development and Marketing Coordinator
About the Job
For over 15 years, Rosov Consulting has helped foundations, philanthropists, and Jewish communal organizations and educational institutions make transformative decisions that enhance their impact. Join our mission-driven team and gain hands-on experience in business development and marketing while advancing the work of clients who support, innovate, and transform the Jewish communal sector across the US and around the world.
We are seeking a Business Development and Marketing Coordinator to be the organized, detail-oriented backbone of our client acquisition and marketing efforts. In this role, you will assist with identifying and tracking new business opportunities, managing internal business development data, implementing core marketing activities, and providing administrative support.
This is a full-time, non-exempt, US-based remote position (with core working hours overlapping with East and West Coast time zones) offering superior benefits and fantastic work culture. Rosov Consulting is able to consider candidates from the US only. Candidates working in other countries will not be considered.
Hourly Wage: $31.25
What You Will Do
In this role, you will provide essential support for our business development and marketing efforts, including:
- Market Research & Lead Generation Support: Research and compile lists of potential clients (foundations, nonprofits, Jewish Federations), track funding opportunities and competitor activities, and support database research and industry monitoring.
- Business Development Support: Collaborate with BD team to nurture client relationships, assist with proposal development, maintain marketing materials library, and manage proposal processes with strong project management and editorial oversight.
- Administrative & CRM Management: Maintain Salesforce pipeline records, schedule meetings, log communications, organize files, and analyze business metrics while providing executive-level support to leadership.
- Marketing & Content: Support marketing initiatives, work with external consultants, develop targeted content and marketing materials, and manage CRM database for client outreach.
- Communications & Digital Presence: Partner with Communications Coordinator to manage website, social media, marketing collateral, and coordinate events and webinars.
- Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing communication with existing and potential partners, referral sources, and clients while preparing regular reports on business development metrics and outcomes.
- General Company Support: Complete additional tasks as assigned.
Who You Are
You are a well-organized self-starter with an eye for detail and experience providing executive support. You are a strong project manager—organized, punctual, responsible, and skilled at coordinating multiple workstreams simultaneously. You excel at managing timelines, tracking deliverables, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
You are eager to work with and support a growing team located throughout the US and Israel. You'll have a lot on your plate, so your ability to prioritize competing deadlines, coordinate cross-functional projects, and adapt project approaches to different work styles across the team will be vital. You are self-motivated and can work independently in a remote environment while proactively communicating project status and pushing work forward.
If you are creative and resourceful, you can teach our team new tricks and help us get better at business development and marketing activities. You have a college degree (ideally some background in business development and/or marketing), and you have 2–3 years managing multiple projects simultaneously (think: coordinating 5+ proposals with overlapping deadlines while maintaining quality standards). You’re the person teammates turn to when they need something done right and on time. Do you have experience with similar tasks? We would like to hear about it!
You’ll thrive in our distributed team environment, with core hours overlapping with East/West Coast time zones and regular virtual collaboration across the US and Israel. Our work runs in the “cloud,” so you’ll need to use our extensive communications and project management systems including Salesforce/Klient PSA, Campaign Monitor, WordPress, Google Workspace, Dropbox Business, Slack, and Zoom—in addition to Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. We will provide on-the-job training to get you up and running (and feeling confident). We would like to get to know you even if not all of these features apply to you!
