We are seeking qualified, motivated, and compassionate individuals who have a passion for ABA and a strong desire to empower children and families. Our focus is to proactively bridge developmental gaps while decreasing problem behaviors and teaching socially significant behaviors.

  • Florida Certified Behavior Analyst (FL-CBA)
  • Florida Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Contract or W2

Qualifications:

  • MUST SPEAK ENGLISH
  • Active Medicaid Provider is a PLUS
  • Master Degree
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required or a Florida Board License
  • Strong collaborative, organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with children with special needs, particularly those with autism or developmental disabilities
  • Strong knowledge of behavioral principles and strategies used in ABA therapy
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, families, and team members
  • Supervision, program management, and training
  • Valid FL driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to collect and analyze data to inform treatment decisions
  • Knowledge of special education laws and regulations is a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and develop behavior intervention plans for individuals with special needs, particularly those with autism and developmental disabilities
  • Perform skill assessments utilizing (ABLL's/AFLS's/VB-MAPP/Vineland)
  • Conduct FBAs and parent/caregiver education and training
  • Conduct BCaBA or RBT Training/Supervision
  • Implement evidence-based behavioral therapy techniques to address challenging behaviors and promote skill development across home, school, and community settings.
  • Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians and other team members
  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistent implementation of behavior plans across settings
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make data-driven decisions regarding treatment strategies
  • Collect behavioral data, graph and analyze data, complete daily clinical notes, monthly reports, and case management
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA)
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client progress and treatment plans
  • Manage and update client programs in behaviorsoft
