APTS® is searching for a Behavior Analyst.

  • Conducting functional assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, participating in IEP meetings, and collaborating with the education department members.
  • Complete relevant parts of students' progress reports, exit summaries, and transition report.s
  • Conduct initial and ongoing training for staff in behavior plan implementation and individualized data collection.
  • Implement and monitor students' behavior plans, including direct work with students in school during both routine and crisis conditions.

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis, Education, Human Services, Psychology, or a field related to Behavior Analysis from an accredited college or university
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Virginia
