What I liked
The environment at Zerto was so amazing everyone was welcoming and helpful. I was given tasks that I got to self manage and stay on top on as well as event that I helped out in such as company wide health days, the annual outing and holiday parties which was so much fun watching them come together. I loved that even though got to work with the CEO, CFO and high ranking people in the company they were polite and approachable. It was also beneficial that many of my tasks were flexible to time and I could suggest new ideas that I thought might be more suitable for the company and their ideology. A unique thing about this company is that they are moving in a Earth concision direction so many of their values for employee products were better for the environment.
