What I like about working at Woodmont is that the staff is like a family. The staff support each other in making sure the campers all have a safe and enjoyable experience.
My first two years at Woodmont, I was a counselor for sixth grade boys. Starting my third year I became a specialist and ran Woodmont’s “American Ninja Warrior Course”

Advice
Go in with an open mind. Working with children can seem stressful; however, Woodmont truly prepares its staff to make sure they are ready for any child. It is a great experience that lasts eight weeks.
