What I liked
I like my team, we get along well together.
What I wish was different
I wish I could have had different hours, the 1-10 shift made it so that it was impossible to have fun in the evenings. I adapted by kayaking/hiking in the morning though!
Advice
Remember you're just a number, easily replaceable, so don't stress about your job. Your teammates will become like family, but managers will basically be big brother.

I liked that my hours allowed me to continue to complete classes while I was also working a full time job.
What I wish was different
I wish that there was more flexibility in scheduling my days off.
Advice
I would be prepared for the physical aspect of working this position. There is a lot of walking and heavy lifting, as I walked about 9 miles each day.

What I liked
I was put in apparel, so my job was to tidy up the clothing area and answer the phone. Almost everyone I work with is incredibly sweet.
What I wish was different
Management wasn't the best at times, and my schedule was changed a lot without anyone asking me if I was okay with it.
Advice
Just do as you're told and it's a breeze.

The high intensity work environment and the experience to new management responsibilities.
What I wish was different
I wish I was as knowledgeable as I am now in the position. Training did not cover nearly enough of what the position needed.
Advice
There will be days where you can do everything in your power and it still won’t be enough, and that’s okay.

What I liked
I like having breaks every 2 hours, being able to rest my mind, and get a good physical work-out.
What I wish was different
Sometimes I wish the managers wouldn't be watching me work over my shoulders so much in kind of micromananging work.
Advice
$12/hr isn't bad for Logan. This is a decent job for anyone looking for one.
