I love the hands on experience and the networking opportunities I get through the internship. Our supervisor Hawk is one of the most knowledgeable in the world of sports business and has been a great resource to have to learn about the industry
What I wish was different
I do wish for better organization from the directors, there have been some hiccups in the hiring and training process that could've been smoother.
Advice
It is truly one of the best opportunities on campus if you're looking to get into sports, I would say to take the leap in applying for it, and if given the opportunity get to know the directors and Hawk, and just ask a ton of questions to get your name out there.

I love the people I work with. I am the only student worker but I get treated as an equal. I also like their patience with my questions and confusion.

Don’t be afraid to ask questions. It is always better to ask when you do not know instead of guess and do it incorrectly.

Ticket Office Representative

What I liked
If you are interested in sports, check out the ticket office. It gives you a cool look into the inner-workings of putting on events and also improves customer service skills. You work a variety of different events.
What I wish was different
The program Archtics is the main program used, it is very buggy and old.
Advice
Be prepared to miss games as you will be working them for the most part.
