What I liked

I really enjoyed the internship as a whole. Tractor Supply has a great program for interns that provides extensive training to help the transition into the role seamless and efficient. They really cater to the individual and your team is always willing to help with questions you might have. I had a great experience with Tractor Supply and can't wait to start with them full time in January 2020.

What I wish was different

It would be nice if a housing stipend was provided for interns. It is expensive to live in Nashville and a majority of your pay check will likely go to rent.

Advice

It is okay to feel overwhelmed or unsure of yourself in the beginning stages of the internship. You are asked to learn a ton of information really quickly. However, no one expects you to memorize it all straight away. Everyone understands the situation you are in and are very willing to help as long as you ask questions.

What I liked

I got hands on experience that has helped me have a better grasp of supply chain and a better understanding of my classes. I worked with wonderful people who were willing to invest in me and answered any questions I may have.
