What I liked

I started at Top Notch Training LLC as a new person in a small company, but I received a very warm welcome and became part of the team quickly. TNT truly works as a team; every employee is valued and has direct contact with the company owner. My coworkers and I often gave each other feedback on our work, and the feedback and collaboration always aims to improve the company and each other. It is a very supportive and uplifting work environment. It is equally as important to TNT that I enjoy my position as it is that TNT likes my work. I have endless opportunities to try new creative projects and learn new ways to create content.

Top Notch Training LLC is an incredible place to work. If you like to learn and create, this company would be a great fit for you. Working at TNT requires an open mind and a willingness to try new things. I personally think that a job that cultivates growth personally and professionally is ideal, and I have found that in my position at TNT. If you do not like working in a team and prefer more independent style work, TNT may not be the right place for you.
