What I liked
I felt especially heard and appreciated in this environment. While there were certainly tasks that simply had to be because we had such a small staff, from the very first day so much time and effort was put into getting to know me personally and making sure that I got what I needed from the experience. I learned a ton of new skills and feel that I really grew.
