The opportuntity to meet and learn about new families and their children and knowing I was there to only better things for them. The fact that no matter what I did, I knew in some way my work was helping a child gain the opportunity to have their wish granted.

Advice
Don't be discourage about the day to day task and think "wow, I have to do this and all for nothing" - it's not for nothing. You're making a difference in the long run.
