This small collection of highly motivated and driven New Yorkers is a great experience for the feeling of a small company. Everyone is very friendly but also very busy. It's inspiring to work with such a diverse group of people. Discovery and passion is encouraged here.
What I wish was different
Because it is so small, people are spread thin. This makes it feel difficult at times to access people because their schedules are packed with meetings and scheduled individual work sessions. However, this is unavoidable considering how small their team is.
Advice
Those who can tolerate/thrive from vague directions will do well. Things are left open-ended at this business for a reason: they are really interested in what you as an individual has to say. They want you to avoid feeling like you need to be an expert in order to make comments on things, so make sure to speak up.
