About Best Point Education & Behavioral Health

Best Point Education & Behavioral Health mission statement is: Creating lasting results that strengthen families and our community by guiding individuals – from infancy to independence – through comprehensive education, behavioral, and health services.

Our non-profit organization provides education, behavioral health treatment and physical health support to children. Our outreach spans 112 Cincinnati neighborhoods and three counties. And we’re not just counseling children, but also parents and siblings.

We offer 30-plus services to our clients: Education – our non-public private schools, Early Childhood & School-Aged Programs, Adult and Child Mental Health Treatment and Therapy.

All of our programs focus on children’s behavioral health and therapy. Our goal is to help children build the skills and confidence they need to succeed at school, home, and in the community. When children experience behavioral changes or mental health challenges, it affects their everyday lives.

Best Point is the largest provider of school-based mental health services in the region. We currently provide services in 70 schools across the greater Cincinnati area. We also offer education through Best Point's (K-12), and a High School for students with Autism and Related Disorders focused on providing a high quality of individualized education in preparation for adulthood. Work readiness programs “Ready Set Work!” and “Ready 2 Work!” are extensions of the High School and focus on building required social and vocational skills.

Early Childhood Programs focus on fostering social and emotional development to last a lifetime. These include: a 4-star rated preschool, Camp-I-Can (10-week) summer camp, school-based after-school enrichment, and home visitation programs for first-time at-risk mothers and for toddlers preparing for kindergarten.

“I loved how friendly and helpful everyone was. They did not try to give me busy work or boring tasks to do. I really felt like they had me contributing to the team.”
