During the design and development phase, using pro/ENGINEER and advanced 3-D modeling, we have the ability to concurrently engineer any product directly with our customer prior to prototyping. Completely parametric 3D CAD models and drawings allow conceptual and preliminary designs to be completed quickly and accurately and transmitted instantaneously via FTP download or e-mail. This helps to demonstrate the impact of glazing system designs on vessel aesthetics and to ensure that each glazing system is manufactured to today’s exacting tolerances. Once a project enters the manufacturing phase, the manufacturing engineering group will guide it through pre-fabrication and assembly, ensuring the finished product meets your stringent specifications and high quality standards. Our facilities are not only ISO 9001:2008 certified, but also undergo continuous process improvements using lean manufacturing techniques (such as capital investments, Kaizen events and "5 S" concepts).
