What I wish was different
I was worked anywhere from 9-12 hours a day, with minimal breaks. From 9am-sometimes 10pm. I would often finish my share of the work which would be roughly 15 rooms a piece (but would sometimes jump to 30 rooms a piece) and then would often have to stay to help other people finish their rooms. Which wouldn’t have been a problem if people didn’t purposely waste time because they knew they would get help.
