“The work environment was very professional and enjoyable. The staff was very welcoming. The head chef, Brian, was incredible and spent many hours mentoring me and answer any questions that I had over the course of the internship. I was able to learn many different aspects of the industry such as catering weddings, cooking on the line, working on prep, and preparing raw bar items.”
