What I liked

The community at Spooner Physical Therapy was a welcoming one! I felt welcomed from the first time I walked into my clinic, and every time I helped out at other clinics.

What I wish was different

I wish that the communication between clinics, especially for technicians was better. I was at one clinic and they did not tell me that they no longer needed me, so I had to drive 45 minutes back home after I had just got to the clinic. I feel like there should be a group chat or a way to find the information of other technicians, especially the Lead Technicians so that those who are coming to help out are able to communicate with the lead technician.

Advice

One piece of advice I would give is to go in every day remembering that the people who are coming in for treatment are probably in their lowest state. This means that we, as technicians need to be upbeat and supportive of our patients.
