I loved that I was being able to do theatre during such a rough time for the art form in general. I actually went through two other contracts but they had been cancelled because of COVID-19 so I was ecstatic that this one came through.
What I wish was different
I wish there was better organization. Some of us got paid late most of the time and the seven out of state people they hired (me being one of them) were not treated with as much respect as people from the school were.
Advice
Keep your head high, and know that you are there to work and not make friends.
